Perfect potluck
Today, we had a potluck lunch at OISE
where many students come from all over the world to study English.
Many people brought food
of different kinds, such as Japanese, Italian, and so on, so we could
eat many types of food. Some students will leave school after Friday, so we really enjoyed our last lunch with them! One Japanese guy made smoked chicken legs and smoked salmon, and those were so
amazing!
On the other hand, two teachers left on
a business trip to the UK today, and we will miss them, so lunch was also a little bittersweet. We hope they have a good trip!

Perfect Clam
Already as you know,
It is the raw clam.
I eat raw clam every weekend, and I always order 6 pieces. I go to a restaurant where I can eat raw clam cheaper than Union Oyster House, and I prefer to eat them with ketchup that has been mixed with grated radish and ginger.
It is to die for!
In addition, fried clam is almost all perfect! You should eat this meal before you die.
I eat them with beer which is local beer Samuel Adams.
After I came to Boston , I have been enjoying the time when I eat raw clam and fried clam alone at the restaurant that was located close to my host family house.

Salmon-roll
Every weekday, I have lunch that is takeout from the first floor in this building. My favorite shop is
Samurai Express which sells Japanese food. I buy Japanese food at the shop once a week. And my favorite meal is the salmon-roll, which is vinegared rice rolled in salmon with some ingredients.
Especially the rice tastes good like Japanese rice. When I eat it and taste the rice, I feel Japanese.

I found UDON in Boston !
I have been looking for UDON in Boston where I have been staying to study English.
Everyday I am very tired from do a lot of assignments that are given by beautiful teacher with her cute smile. That’s why I really wanted to eat Japanese noodles UDON.
Last month, I ate the UDON in Samurai Express which is a restaurant and located in the building where OISE Boston School is .
I ordered the seafood UDON, this was not too expensive but was the same taste as I have eaten in Japan .
After that I became addicted to this UDON and I became an UDONholic!
There are other types of UDON in this restaurant, and I already ate all types and I found that all of them were very delicious. And the master who was Chinese was very kind and friendly.
If you come to Boston , you should go to this restaurant and eat the UDON!

Perfect Oysters
2 years ago in winter, when I was walking with my wife on a sidewalk in a small city which was famous for oysters, we found a restaurant that was located adjacent a fishing port. We were attracted to the nice smell that was from the baked oysters, and we entered this restaurant immediately.
There were a lot of tourists who came from other prefectures, and we had to wait in line for about 1 hour.
This restaurant was a little dirty, old, smoky, humidity and lovely. All ____ tables and chairs ______ made of wood, furthermore they were a little broken.A kettle put on the gas heater blew a small whistle which was like a bird song from the mountains.
One hour later, we could sit ____ the old chair and ordered 10 oysters and ____ small salad. After that we put 10 oysters on the grill that already was warmed by burning charcoal. The oysters that cooked on the charcoal grill were filled with their juice with nice smell and were very delicious and perfect.
We enjoyed our coincidence lunch and of curse this restaurant that gave us memorable memory was recorded in my favorite restaurant book.

UNFORGETTABLE
The week before last, I had dinner with my friend who went to the same school together , Hyena.
I requested him to take me seafood restaurants. He took me to "THE SKIP JARK", and ordered
the oysters that were very fresh, and the beer that was very famous in Boston. So we talked about many things that were about our companies, this school and so on, with each other. It was very memorable experience for me. In addition, the raw oysters tasted very well , the local beer that was named "SAMUAL ADAMS" tasted full-bodied.
The lobster-roll that we orderd at the end of meal, tasted the best in my life.
Next day, I went to lunch at other restaurant, and I ordered same one.
